Kulwadee joined Siam Premier in 2018 as a member of the commercial team. She provides expert advice on compliance matters across a wide range of sectors, including platforms and payments, automotive, energy, non-life insurance, and highly regulated industries. She is also experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as conducting due diligence on M&A transactions.
Her expertise currently extends extensively to the public sector, where she collaborates closely with several major state-owned enterprises in Thailand, focusing on regulations related to public-private partnerships, public procurement, investment, and other key areas.
Kulwadee is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association.
