Pornpilai specializes in capital markets, securities and stock exchange regulation including public company laws as well as corporate and commercial law. She also advises in relation to M&A transactions, joint ventures and taxation law.

She regularly advises issuers in the offering of various types of securities including listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Market for Alternative Investment as well as complex rules & regulatory frameworks. She also advises companies in relation to their Annual/Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
