Duangpanomporn specializes in commercial laws, foreign investment regulations, securities and corporate law. She regularly advises companies on corporate and administrative procedures, ensuring her clients are up-to-date in their corporate filings. She also advises foreign clients in relation to applying for foreign business licenses and other regulatory and licensing matters.

Duangpanomporn was admitted to the Lawyer’s Association of Thailand in 2005 and the Thai Bar Association in 2006.
