Asada joined Siam Premier in 2024. He regularly advises Thai and foreign clients on regulatory compliance, commercial, corporate and real property matters. He regularly advises major real estate developers, hotel owners, operators and industrial estates on complex land matters affecting land acquisition and development. He regularly coordinates with various authorities in relation to land due diligence, including Department of Lands, Royal Forest Department and the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.  He has also been extensively involved in advising and assisting mergers and acquisitions transactions across a wide range of regulated industries.
