Biography

Siripun joined Siam Premier in 2002 and become a Partner of the firm in 2013. She has diverse commercial expertise which includes corporate and commercial matters, M&A, commercial and contract drafting, capital market products, project investments, property and real estate. She also provides regulatory advice.

Siripun is admitted to the Lawyer’s Association of Thailand and is a member of the Thai Bar Association.

Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Acting for a major corporate shareholder of a SET-listed general insurance company on the sale of its shares to a Germany-based insurance group.
  • Acting for a Hong Kong based institutional investor on various M&A projects and banking and finance matters in Thailand.

Corporate and Commercial

  • Acting for a SET-listed manufacturer of HV electrical equipment as its legal advisor in relation to its corporate matters and an acquisition transaction.
  • Acting for a SET-listed construction and infrastructure contractor in relation to preparation of the bidding process of the MRT pink line and yellow line rail infrastructure projects; and investments and capital markets matters.
  • Acting for a US global management consulting firm as its legal advisor on corporate matters in relation to its Thai operations.
