Suchaya advises corporate clients on the trade competition aspects of M&A transactions, including in relation to pre-merger filing and post-merger notification. She also advises foreign investors on market entry, regulatory matters, and privacy and personal data protection laws.

She has obtained an Attorney-At-Law License from the Lawyers Council of Thailand in 2015.
