This semester we, Siam Premier International Law Office Limited, had the privilege of teaching the Legal Skills Lab II course to second-year students of the LLBel program (Bachelor of Laws, Experiential Learning in Business and Technology Law—International Program) at Chulalongkorn University.
Led by our Managing Partner, Chatchavej Chitvarakorn, alongside our partners, consultants and senior associates, the course spanned ten lectures covering key practice areas essential for aspiring commercial lawyers. Following the lectures, the students participated in two workshops at our firm, where they applied their learning in a legal analysis of M&A transaction structures, and participated in a mock negotiation.
We greatly valued the students’ curiosity and thoughtful engagements throughout the program, and we wish them every success in their future studies and careers.
