Proposed Modest Relaxation of Foreign Business Restrictions

Brief: The Foreign Business Committee has recently reviewed the service businesses under List Three annexed to the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) (FBA), which foreigners are prohibited to conduct without a foreign business license or certificate, and considered proposing further exemptions thereunder.
