Pathitta joined Siam Premier in 2020. She regularly advises and assists Thai and foreign clients on general corporate and mergers and acquisitions transactions. She also engages and assists in financing and general commercial matters.
She was admitted to the Lawyer’s Association of Thailand in 2020 and followed by the Thai Bar Association in 2023.
