Ajjima is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Services practice at Siam Premier. She has extensive experience advising on corporate mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, project finance, and real estate transactions. Ajjima regularly advises high-profile clients on complex financing matters and M&A transactions, providing strategic legal guidance across a range of industries. She joined Siam Premier in 2007 and has since played a key role in numerous landmark deals. She was admitted to the Lawyer’s Association of Thailand in 2005 and the Thai Bar Association in 2007. Ajjima is fluent in both Thai and English.
