Since joining Siam Premier in 2007, Tanita has over 18 years of experience advising Thai and international clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, and regulatory matters. Her practice covers a broad range of industries, including insurance, energy, manufacturing, education, and real estate, with particular expertise in due diligence, transaction structuring, regulatory approvals, and post-closing implementation. She regularly advises on matters involving the Office of Insurance Commission, the Trade Competition Commission, and other Thai regulatory authorities, and has represented listed companies, private equity investors, and multinational corporations in complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
