Duangpanomporn is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department of Siam Premier. Duangpanomporn’s work comprises of providing advice to Thai and international clients on commercial laws, foreign investment regulations, securities and corporate law. She is also experienced in dealing with company administrative procedures, ensuring her clients are up to date on their corporate filings, and applying for foreign business licenses and foreign business certificates. She also provides clients with legal advice on commercial and investment issues.

Duangpanomporn was admitted to the Lawyer’s Association of Thailand in 2005 and the Thai Bar Association in 2006.
