Biography

Linda became a partner in 2002 in recognition of her expertise in the sphere of corporate, commercial and corporate finance matters.

She has substantial experience in dealing with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investments, and corporate restructuring issues as well as assisting with private company to public company conversions, including regulatory compliance for initial public offerings.

Linda is constantly in demand by her clients which include multinational organizations as well as large domestic companies.

Moreover, she is recognized as a Recommended Lawyer in Corporate / M&A by Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2023).

Advising a large Japanese property developer in conducting legal due diligence of a SET-listed property development company and its subsidiaries for the purpose of establishing a joint venture company to develop and manage warehouses, logistics parks and other industrial property in Thailand.
Advising a leading global hotel booking platform company in its global business restructuring, including Thailand to spin-off the destination management business from a number of entities within its perimeter.
