• Advising a SET-listed chemical company in relation to its subsidiaries business re-organisation and advising on contractual agreements.
• Advising and assisting a Thai regional airline and a South Korean hospitality company in the biddings for duty free shop operation at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Phuket Airport, Chiang Mai Airport, and Hat Yai Airport.
• Advising and assisting two Thai subsidiaries of a South Korean multinational corporation in respect of the entities’ establishment and operations in Thailand, and in respect of applications for a duty free operator license, and a land transportation license.
• Advising a high level international furniture hypermarket operator in connection with its development and establishment of on-line business in Thailand in terms of legal framework relating to foreign business operation and relevant licenses.
• Leading Siam Premier’s legal team to act as general legal counsel of a Thai government department.

Corporate Compliance

• Advising the Thai national airline on the preparation and arrangement of annual general meeting of shareholders.

Dispute Resolution, Aviation

• Advising as Thai legal counsel of the Thai national airline including coordinating with its lawyers in various jurisdictions such as the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand and Korea in connection with antitrust investigations and proceedings pending in various countries; and coordinating with its lawyers in the UK in respect of a successful civil lawsuit against a Japanese manufacturer in relation to contractual disputes under English proceedings having damages over USD 100 million.
• Advising as Thai legal counsel of a Thai low-cost airline in relation to aircraft maintenance service contract disputes.
• Advising and assisting a Japanese airline in setting up the operations in Thailand of a sister low cost airline.

• Advising a SET-listed mining company in relation to its debt restructuring and successful business reorganization.
