Rawat advises multinational and large domestic clients on all aspects of foreign investment, TMT, personal data protection, labour and employment, industrial relations, capital markets, litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and general commercial matters affecting their business operations in Thailand.
He also has extensive experience in energy projects and aviation matters.
In addition to his role of Partner at Siam Premier, Rawat is responsible for Lao Premier, Siam Premier’s sister law firm located in the Lao PDR, where his practice focusses on all aspects of inbound and outbound direct investment and commercial transactions.
