Cholathorn joined Siam Premier in August 2015 and is currently a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and M&A Practice. She has developed a strong foundation in Thai law, complemented by practical experience gained through diverse legal and transactional work in both domestic and international matters.  

Her expertise covers a wide range of corporate advisory and transactional matters, including corporate structuring, legal due diligence, joint ventures, cross-border investments, and commercial contracts.
