Thanaporn joined Siam Premier in May 2013 and has gained extensive experience in advising both listed and private limited companies on corporate compliance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. She also advises on capital markets matters.

Admitted to the Lawyers Council of Thailand in 2014, Thanaporn is also a certified Notarial Services Attorney.
