Thanyaporn joined Siam Premier in 2024 as an associate in the corporate and general commercial team. She regularly advises and assists Thai and foreign clients on company administrative procedures, corporate compliance, and a wide range of commercial matters. Her experience also includes conducting legal due diligence in connection with IPOs and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
