Nicharee joined Siam Premier in March 2013. Having completed her university degrees in both Australia and Thailand, Nicharee has developed strong cross-cultural skills which enable her to have a better understanding of international cases as well as a strong background of Thai law.

She regularly advises large foreign companies on setting up operations in Thailand, as well as mergers and acquisitions and capital markets matters.

Nicharee has obtained an Attorney-At-Law License from the Lawyers Council of Thailand in 2014.
