Tipanand is a Thai qualified lawyer who specializes in corporate and commercial, commercial agreements and M&A, particularly, legal due diligence.

After rejoining the firm in 2023, Tipanand has assisted various partners and developed experience in various practice areas including banking and finance, regulatory compliance, capital markets and dispute resolutions.

Tipanand is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and Thai Bar Association.
